I over heard a couple of employees talking about doing substances that are not work safe, management this is uncalled for and will get you in state trouble. Require your employees to Atleast show up sober or take a drug test. Other than that foods good

It's so frustrating to go through drive through, place your order, pay for it and they mess up the food. They weren't even overly busy. I recommend going to some other Dunkin if you can.

The staff ignore the drive through line. I waited at the order spot for over 10 mins. People entering the restaurant were also not coming out quickly. A woman went in when I got in line and left after I got my order. I would've gone in, but I had my dog in the car.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The ice cream was delicious and the service was top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the dark flavors. Living in West Peabody, it's common for me to frequent this restaurant located on Lowell Street.

I do not recommend eating at this restaurant. The staff is extremely rude, especially towards employees who forget to pay. They also mishandled my mother's tax form. Thank you to Alex and B J for their help.
