Dunkin' - Peabody

This restaurant is the worst Dunkin' I have ever visited. I am a regular customer and I spend money here every day. Unfortunately, they consistently mess up my order. Despite ordering the same thing daily - a coffee and an egg and cheese bagel with extra cheese - there is always something missing. I am tired of the lackadaisical attitude and minimal effort put into what should be a simple order. This has been happening for the past three months and it is disappointing.

Charleen is the best, very nice and polite. Great work at Dunks for Rent, she is awesome.

The restaurant didn't appear very busy, but there was still a longer wait than expected at the drive-thru. However, the iced oat milk latte is definitely worth the wait!
