The fries r... read more I visited Charley's Philly Steaks at Northshore Mall and honestly, I don't think it was worth it. I ordered the gourmet fries with cheese and bacon. The fries resembled something you would get at McDonald's, with cheese sauce similar to what you'd find on nachos. The bacon could have been cooked a bit longer. On a positive note, the restaurant was clean and the staff were polite.

The cook was seen grabbing food off the grill with his bare hands to eat while still cooking. This led to his hands getting in the customers' food. When I asked for a refill from the woman making sandwiches, she told me to wait in line behind 8 other customers. It seemed like she only offered to give me a refill when she saw me writing a negative review. The food itself was not good, tasting like fast food with chicken and meat thinner than deli slices.
