The atmosphere and people were fantastic. I wanted to love it, but the food and drinks weren’t great. I didn’t expect top notch mixology in rural Utah, but I only ordered a vodka/soda. After they were out of ingredients for one of their specialties. What I got was vodka/flat, dirty gun tonic water. Not a big enough diff to send back and I’m not a whiner but I didn’t order a 2nd drink. Especially because the server/bar tender, who was on her own, was so sweet, I just drank it. The food was run of the mill Sysco faire, which was crazily expensive for what it was. Go here for a good time, but maybe not dinner.
