However, they consistently forget to include items from my order, and I've left without them multiple times, even though I get lunch from there nearly every day.

What I expected to be a quick stop-and-go meal ended up taking 25 minutes just to get my single box meal. The drive-thru was serving cars faster than the inside guests were being given their food, which I’ve never experienced before. It seemed very understaffed, which is surprising for a Saturday morning when you’d expect full staffing. Better management and staffing might be needed. The food was as decent as any Taco Bell, but I visit these places for a quick meal, and this definitely wasn’t the right spot for that.

My wife was confused about our order, and the shift lead patiently listened and helped her understand everything in it. He also made sure our last two tacos were the ones we hadn’t received earlier. His customer service was outstanding, making this our best experience in a long time. Thank you, Taco Bell, for having such great employees!

Only two managers act professionally, while the others frequently speak negatively about employees, even when they're around. The atmosphere can be quite tense, and if you're not in their good graces, you might face angry outbursts. It's strange that some managers with children show little patience when training certain staff but are calm and kind to their favorites. I wouldn't recommend working at this location unless you don't mind being treated poorly.
