However, they consistently forget to include items from my order, and I've left without them multiple times, even though I get lunch from there nearly every day.

I ordered on the kiosk and checked the box to pay cash, had my cash out and stood by the cashier stand waiting to pay. A lot of employees passed me and didn’t a... read more I ordered on the kiosk and checked the box to pay cash, had my cash out and stood by the cashier stand waiting to pay. A lot of employees passed me and didn’t acknowledge I was there, I had cash in my hand and then got sick of waiting and thought they’d request payment when I got my food. Finally some other customer came in to order and they helped them so I went right behind them and asked how much longer. I had been waiting for about 15 minutes at this point. They checked and didn’t have my order and asked if I paid and I said no you guys have been ignoring me while I’m standing here with cash in my hand. So now I’m waiting another 10 minutes or so. If I wanted to wait this long I would have gone to a place with good food.

What I expected to be a quick stop-and-go meal ended up taking 25 minutes just to get my single box meal. The drive-thru was serving cars faster than the inside guests were being given their food, which I’ve never experienced before. It seemed very understaffed, which is surprising for a Saturday morning when you’d expect full staffing. Better management and staffing might be needed. The food was as decent as any Taco Bell, but I visit these places for a quick meal, and this definitely wasn’t the right spot for that.

My wife was confused about our order, and the shift lead patiently... read more The staff at this Taco Bell location are wonderful. They provided excellent customer service. My wife was confused about our order, and the shift lead patiently listened and helped her understand everything in it. He also made sure our last two tacos were the ones we hadn’t received earlier. His customer service was outstanding, making this our best experience in a long time. Thank you, Taco Bell, for having such great employees!
