A lot of employees passed me and didn’t a... read more I ordered on the kiosk and checked the box to pay cash, had my cash out and stood by the cashier stand waiting to pay. A lot of employees passed me and didn’t acknowledge I was there, I had cash in my hand and then got sick of waiting and thought they’d request payment when I got my food. Finally some other customer came in to order and they helped them so I went right behind them and asked how much longer. I had been waiting for about 15 minutes at this point. They checked and didn’t have my order and asked if I paid and I said no you guys have been ignoring me while I’m standing here with cash in my hand. So now I’m waiting another 10 minutes or so. If I wanted to wait this long I would have gone to a place with good food.

Wish I hadn’t dropped by, but I guess I needed the reminder of why I only eat Taco Bell once every 3 years.
