I have had the pleasure of being served by Josh numerous times. He is consistently courteous and has excellent manners. He provides the best drive-thru customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks in Arizona. The staff was lovely and friendly, and the atmosphere was great.
Usually it is a great experience but this time it was disappointing, very bad service, the coffee was not closed properly and I ordered a large one and they charged me two large ones but they gave me two small ones, terrible attitude of the boy...
The bathrooms were clean, and the service was impeccable.
