Pizza Hut - Payson

After falling down the stairs, I was taken to the emergency room in the RV. Although there were plenty of rooms with beds, I was made to wait on a recliner. The medication I was given was strong and caused me to vomit, but the nurse was unhelpful and did not assist me in getting to a bathroom. I was ultimately discharged without receiving a CT scan or X-ray review, leaving me with no answers about the cause of my fall.

Our server, Jacob, refused to honor Pizza Hut's advertised buffet special from 5pm to 8pm, claiming that the manager decided not to offer it due to a snow storm. This seemed like a ridiculous excuse to me and my family, as we believe that restaurants should always respect what is advertised on their menu specials. This experience has left us with no desire to return to this type of establishment.

I ordered food online for delivery because of health reasons. I waited for 1 1/2 hours, but when I called the restaurant, no one answered the phone for a long time. Finally, a staff member answered and explained that there was a mix-up with the app, which caused it to show that I had to pick up the food at the store. He managed to get the driver to deliver the food, but it took a total of 3 hours to receive my pizza. In the future, I will just use Door Dash, as it is much easier and less frustrating.

Some toppings overwhelmed the pizza and others were almost none existent.

Friendly staff,seating, if a booth is desired was plentifull,clean and comfortable .A Personal Pizza was a ?great snack shared by 2. We will be back to take part in the buffet ?.Parking: The restaurant entrance, is only a few steps from the parking lot, with plenty of parking available and Handicap parking is available .Kid-friendliness: High chairs are available! Boosters ?maybe, I didn't notice at the time.Wheelchair accessibility: Booths are marked for convenience with Handicap markings and Wheelchair clearance.
