The food is fresh and has a delightful home-cooked style. Just a heads up: be sure to bring cash, as they have an ATM but don't accept credit or debit cards. This restaurant is the perfect spot to feel like you've stepped back in time, allowing you to savor the local atmosphere and connect with the community.

My husband ordered the soup and a half tuna salad, and he loved the soup, which had a sausage base. He described everything as tasting amazing. I opted for the chef's salad, which was large and delicious as well. The people sitting around us ordered hamburgers, and they looked great, too. I learned that they serve pot roast after 4 PM, and I also noted that they offer homemade cakes. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits!

The staff here is truly exceptional. Bobby, my server, was perfect—attentive, neat, and very experienced. They really know how to cater to the locals and ensure everyone feels looked after. This place has an inviting atmosphere where everyone feels at home. Keep up the fantastic service!

It’s not the same without my family and Grandmother Beverly Loehr, the “pie lady” for decades.But it is always awesome to go in and sit down/eat for the memories. Just being there, looking pretty much as it was 50+ years ago!
