I used to eat at this SUBWAY for a few years straight, almost every day. Today I ordered a foot long turkey. They was 3 pieces of cheese, (1/2 a piece each) There was very little lettuce 3 pickles 3 slices of tomato and a sprinkle of onions. This was by far the skimpiest sandwich that I have ever ordered. When I questioned the sandwich artist she told me she was told to make it this was and not to put much lettuce on it because its not a salad. You have a lot of competition around you and for $11.99.00 I see no value in eating here again. Bill
Even though the workers were patient with me and they just updated on Google and their website says they take snap, they would not accept it. They didn't really honor the coupon I used for sandwiches that were eligible. Please update your website accordingly
20 minutes ago, my husband bought at this place. It took the woman in charge 25 minutes to serve the 2 people in front of him, when it was finally her turn, she didn 't know how to use a discount coupon and didn 't want to try again, so my husband told her to charge She didn 't want more than 26 dollars with a $100 bill either, she was rude, so he paid with the card and she threw him the receipt with 0 kindness. A person like this should not work taking care of other people.
I went in to pick up my food, but the lady informed me that she had given my order to someone else. She proceeded to tell me an elaborate story that had nothing to do with me. I placed my order directly through the Subway app for pickup, and we even showed her my order confirmation, the email, and the payment made with my card. It was clearly her error for giving my order to a DoorDash driver or someone else. However, she refused to remake my food or issue a refund! I've never experienced anything like this before! The customer service was terrible!
