Pizza Factory - Patterson

Take out is great. Was dissapointed with buffet. Asked if they could do a white sauce or BBQ sauce pizza found out they only repeat the same 4 pizzas. Mountain Mike's offers more options request for lunch buffet.

Price and affordability: 4/5 While good pizza can be expensive, this restaurant makes up for it with their daily specials. Service and friendliness: 4/5 The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about the food, ingredients, and options available. Cleanliness: 2/5 Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Every surface I touched was sticky, including tables, chairs, window sills, and booth tops. Although some areas, like arcade machines and soda fountains, can be forgiven for being a bit untidy, common surfaces should be properly cleaned. Despite this flaw, I would give this place a full 5-star review if these cleanliness issues were addressed.

I thought the restaurant was just as good as the others I have been to in Madera Pf, LeGrand Pf, Merced Pf, and Atwater Pf. However, when I tried the Patterson location, I was pleasantly surprised. It goes to show that you should never judge a book by its cover. Although the restaurant is located in a nice area, the taste of the pizza is what truly matters. Unfortunately, the Patterson location had less tomato sauce and less pepperoni compared to the other locations I have tried.

I tried a specialty pizza with Italian sausage, fresh tomatoes, and light jalapeno at this restaurant. The crust had a nice handmade texture but lacked flavor. The tomato seemed to be missing from the pizza, as I couldn't see or taste it. Usually, fresh tomato on pizza is delicious, but with the light jalapeno, it ended up tasting more like a jalapeno pizza. The overall flavor was disappointing compared to similar pizzas I've had elsewhere. The service was good, with a short 20-minute wait (even though the restaurant was empty) and cold beer. The TV was showing sports or a Mexican news channel, which was fine with me. Overall, I wouldn't come back for the pizza.

We have been ordering pizza for the last year and we have had excellent customer service since day one. Friendly employees, always on time and always happy. PF are very fair on their prices.
