I c... read more This was my daughter and I first and last time at Burgerology. I think this restaurant was for college students by college students. The music was terrible! I could have stayed home to listen to iCarly, Hanna Montana, and SpongeBobs theme song! They overcooked the wings and onion rings. They were hard and stiff! And their version of Bavarian Pretzel was disgusting! That was NOT a Pretzel! It was a piece of bread disguised as a Pretzel. There's NO way that was a Pretzel! It didn't even have a taste ?

Sat outside because we had kids. The food was nothing special. Our burgers weren’t hot, barely warm, barely any toppings on them. The milkshakes had zero flavor and the whipped cream tasted like plain heavy cream. No sugar, notaste. Disgusting. We ordered 4 $13 each so $50 down the drain because the everyone hated it. The drinks were the only goodpart. Went with a party of 8. Sat outside because we had kids. The food was nothing special. I could’ve made better food athome. The milkshakes had zero flavor and the whipped cream tasted like plain heavy cream. No sugar, no taste. Disgusting. Weordered 4 $13 each so $50 down the drain because the kids hated it. The drinks were the only good part. The service sucked.Our waitress was very forgetful, food took a long time to come out, we had to ask her for our food, very rarely checked on us.Because of this, we were planning on leaving a 10% tip. The minimum but not amazing. Burgerology adds a 20% gratuity for largeparties (we were 4 adults, 4 children who didn’t eat anything but milkshakes). Then even worse they add on 3.5% for using acard so a $250 bill ended up being over $300 just from their fees. Additional tip was not left because of this. It should be upto the consumer to decide how they want to tip based off service, not the restaurant when the service sucks and you are stillforced to tip that much, it makes you not want to go ever again.

We dine out to be served and have a good experience. Our server was meh, very bare minimum, I had to ask her for her namebecause she didn 't even introduce herself. At time of writing it 's 09/2022, a 'post covid ' time where restaurants feel the needto charge 75 cents for a side of BBQ sauce and $4 for a seltzer and lime, (for comparison by Stella was $7 4 hours of meteredparking was only $3 LOL) as well as passing on the CC fee onto the consumer made it feel like $10 down the drain. Very difficultto say we would go back. Sorry guys!
