First you pick raw materials (various kinds of fish, meat and vegetables) and hand it to the people who fry. Then, while they are frying, you select from the rest of the buffet. When they are done frying, they bring the freshly fried food to your table. If you still have a tiny place in your stomach, the desert buffet is also worth a visit. Make sure you are hungry when you go there.
