Ther... read more Do not support this McDonalds the manger and service is the worst. They actually have a hustle going with A-1 Parking. They tow cars out of the public lot. There is no signage to distinguish between other retailers and McD's. My wife and kids parked in an unmarked spot and went to a store and came out and the car was gone. The manager Juan proceeded to chastise and argue with my wife and was slow in giving tow company info. This is not the customer service they should be focused on it cost $300 and A-1 are straight A-1s. Never again McDonalds lost us for good.Get it together.
