Honestly whoever hired these clowns has torevalue their professionalism as a business. Thank goodness there?s at-least one good employee that cares and respects thecustomers besides laugh and blaming the error on themselves.

As a number of other reviewers have noted, detail orientation has never been a strong point of this KFC, and this point goes back to the 1980s. They have a litany of order mistakes and omissions. Also, use cash. Numerous errors have occurred in the register with credit cards over the years, and I can recall at least a dozen times when I was in back of someone on line arguing about errors in their credit card bill. Food wise, the chicken has been on a steady decline since the corporation bought out the original Colonel Sanders in the late 1970s and is only a shadow of what it used to be. The restaurant itself has a nice seating area. That however is one of the few good points about here. Otherwise, just get your food and go.
