I mentioned that I would give the driver a $3 tip, but the person on the phone kept repeating, "$3?" as if it wasn't enough. I understand that times are tough, but I felt guilty for only offering a $3 tip. I'm not wealthy and can't afford to give more than that. It's frustrating to be made to feel this way. I did give a tip! Additionally, I've noticed that as soon as they take your order, they always state your total but barely mention the driver’s tip.

I ordered food tonight, and the... read more I've been a customer for over 10 years, although I believe the restaurant has new owners now, perhaps for the past year or two. I ordered food tonight, and the chicken looked like it had been reheated multiple times, but the inside was pink and clearly undercooked. For the first time ever, I felt compelled to complain about my meal. When I spoke with the manager, JD, he told me to "please accept the food this time, and I’ll make a note of it so it won’t happen again." Essentially, he expected me to eat undercooked chicken on this occasion, with the assurance that it wouldn't happen again in the future. I must say, I’m very disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially since I’ve supported them for so many years. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I have been coming here for many years and I am always left happy and satisfied with my meal. The service is always great and very friendly.
