What Vivian Boyle doesn't like about The Halal Guys:
Since opening in the last quarter of the Halal Guys has taken the Philippines by storm. Who would have thought that a small food cart business in New York would would be welcomed with such open arms in our country? But it just goes to show that no matter where you're from, delicious food will always find a home with Filipinos! View all feedback. What Durward Jacobs likes about The Halal Guys:
The place was not that crowded when I visited (only two customers were there). I loved how quiet it was, well, not really quiet, but something like that. The staff was accommodating and they've patiently waited before I finally decided to get a Sampler Platter -- just to get a taste of it all. The food of which was great, I enjoyed it. read moreSince opening in the Philippines, The Halal Guys have become a popular choice for many locals. Despite originating as a small food cart business in New York, the restaurant has managed to charm Filipino taste buds with its flavorful offerings. Customers have praised the generous amount of sauce in dishes like the chicken and beef combo, as well as the delicious pita bread. The sampler platter, which includes gyro, chicken, and falafel over rice, has also received positive feedback, especially when paired with the restaurant's signature white sauce. The service has been described as great, and the ambiance is clean and inviting - although the air conditioning may be a bit too cold for some. Overall, even those who may not be fans of Halal Guys have considered it a good option for a quick and satisfying meal, especially if dining with loved ones who appreciate the food.
