In celebration of its anniversary, Salvatore Cuomo has lunch buffet at P600 M-F and P900 weekends and holidays. The selection isn't extensive (a salad bar, some appetizers, sides, a pasta, two pizzas, and a few things like Zeppole ???? (salty mini bread). ????????????1/2 The "buffet" includes a selection of about a dozen mains which include a selection of pastas, risotto (one dish each person only) plus a seafood or meat option for PhP 300 more. The main we ordered arrived 30 minutes after. Good thing the manager profusely apologized and offered us free dessert. I did not like my fettuccine with Italian sausage in cream sauce. My wife's risotto was lacking in flavor. Our cousin's pork porchetta was a tad salty. But on the plus side, the Tiramisu improved vs last year. Food & Drinks : ???????????? (Tiramisu deserves a mention at 4 stars) Service of dine in: ????????????1/2 the manager salvaged the kitchen booboo by offering us free dessert. The Tiramisu was good but the Cannoli was not to my liking. Weird crunch, nothing worth writing about. Kitchen Service : ???????? our mains arrived 30 minutes after. Disaster! Plus the food served was just okay at best. Nothing wow. The Zeppole was simply divine. Ask from the waiter for olive oil and balsamic to dip. Mmmmm... ???? Ambience : ???????????????? Value for Money: ????????????1/2 the buffet seems solid Worth a Try : So-so for me but it is a nice looking place, Italian and Japanese in one. But sadly, it's not a place I returned to after I visited last year when it opened. Worth a Return : No, for me. Sorry. I went here to meet with cousins. VERDICT : ????????????

Excellent service and food. Sophisticated ambiance. Felt so pampered both by the manager and staff! A very pleasant dining experience. Can't get enough of the complimentary bread basket of focaccia and zeppole. And they give a lovely serving!

To Whom it may Concern; Good day! I was at your restaurant last 15 July 2017, lunch time at around 11:30am. We were seated close to the entrance and were given the menu and the lunch buffet option. We took the buffet option and ordered two glasses of Proseco. If I remember correctly, I made myself a salad with vinaigrette dressing. I had a focaccia bread, two slices of different flavors of pizza, cauliflower gratin, pumpkin pasta, vegetables, vongole and porchetta. Early the day after at around 4:00am, I woke up to an upset stomach and was not feeling well. I started feeling nauseous and started vomiting and LBM kicking in. I took some medicine and wanted to sleep it off but it did not make things better. Up until today, I do not feel well and I'm still sick, so I had to take a day off work. I had something else to eat that day but I am sure I got the upset stomach from your restaurant because my boss happened to have been in the restaurant the same time I was there. He also had an upset stomach and his wife as well. I'm sure he will be sending a report too. I work in the same industry and very much understand the policies and regulations of a restaurant and a full functional kitchen. It would be great to get to the bottom of this and settle this issue as soon as possible. It would be great to hear from you. Thank you very much.
