When we pull up to place our order the 1st thing the voice said over the speaker was what do you want. Took our order and rudely says, pull up. Pull up to the window and told our total. Paid and were pretty much thrown our food with no thank you, have a good day, nothing. Won't be back.

I specifically requested two thighs a... read more I ordered a 4-piece chicken combination at the restaurant. They informed me that they only had thighs and wings available. I specifically requested two thighs and two legs. They said it would take 12 minutes, which I agreed to. When I got home, I found a small portion of chicken consisting of a thigh, a small wing, and a breast. I was also disappointed to see that there was no side dish included. Disappointing experience overall.

I couldn't help but think about past experiences at this same location, where wait times were close to an hour. We had to ask for our food to be brought out to us.

This was a very clean restaurant. The staff was polite and courteous. The service was a little slow but they had a steady stream of customers. The chicken was c... read more This was a very clean restaurant. The staff was polite and courteous. The service was a little slow but they had a steady stream of customers. The chicken was cooked through unlike the one in Ontario Oregon where I ordered chicken and it was still pink inside and the service was not the best and isn't as clean as this establishment is. This also seems to be a family run business which I believe is a good thing, I feel they take pride in their business.

Order was minus an item and it was difficult to get corrected because the Lobby is closed except for phone orders. They quickly gave me the missing item but it took a few minutes just to be noticed.
