There are a lot of other places that make something they claim is Poutine , but somehow they screw up the gravy or cheese. Not here. The Authentic is the best poutine I 've had outside ofQuebec! Crispy fries, squeaky cheddar cheese curds, amazing Brown gravy. Mmmmm. The Spuddburger is basically an Authentic on aburger... possibly the best of both Canadian and American comfort food. So good! The staff and owner are friendly andhelpful. Spudds is definitely recommended, especially if you 're a Canadian expat looking for a real taste of home.
