However, I must mention that the service was subpar yesterday. While I prefer not to base my opinion solely on the attitudes of the staff, the young lady serving us was not very friendly and did not seem interested in conversing with customers. Despite this, I left satisfied with my overall experience.

They always fill the bowl to the rim so well worth your money. I usually order online and pick it up when its ready so it's also very convenient. Overall, recommend trying this place if you haven't done so!

The quality of the pizza bases and toppings has always been very good, and the service is top-notch. However, I have noticed a decline in quality since I started ordering through the Ritual app. On one occasion, the coconut toppings were spoiled, and on my most recent order, the base of my bowl was not frozen and soggy. Additionally, the presentation was sloppy, with a small amount of butter placed in the middle of the bowl instead of on top. The portion sizes of the toppings were inconsistent, and the overall look of the dish was unappetizing compared to when I order in person. I wonder if the staff does not like fulfilling orders through the app, or if the overall quality and service have decreased. I prefer ordering ahead to avoid waiting in line, but I am now hesitant to return to this restaurant.
