Description

Panera Bread offers a mix of experiences across locations. While many praise the quality of food—especially items like mac and cheese, chocolate chip bagels, chicken teriyaki bowls, and seasonal soups—some express frustration with inconsistent service, bread availability, and staff attentiveness. Catering services receive high marks for ease and helpful staff. Though the ambiance and customer care vary, the restaurant remains a preferred healthier alternative to fast food. Gluten-free diners appreciate the variety but hope for more options. Overall, Panera delivers solid food with occasional service hiccups, making it a convenient spot for casual meals and group orders alike.

So I had to have oral surgery a few days ago and I have been very limited on the foods that I can eat. I LOVE fresh soups so I went to Panera Bread and ordered three different bowls of soup and a cookie for my daughter. Unfortunately I couldn't eat the bread but it smelled amazing. So for my first meal I tried thier broccoli cheese soup. It was really creamy and the broccoli was soft enough for me to eat as well as the carrot slices they put in the soup. I will definitely be ordering this again! So my second meal I had the Tomato Soup wich was also very delicious. It comes with croutons but I wasn't able to try them. I did add a little mild cheddar cheese to the top and perfecto! Last but not least my 3rd meal I has the Summer corn chowder....This was my favorite soup of the three. It was so creamy and flavorful I just really enjoyed it. I will be back for more of that one for sure! Thank you for feeding me great food during a painful situation!

The food at this restaurant is not only exceptional, but the service is also outstanding. My sister-in-law and I visit as often as we can. We really value family vibes, and the staff has truly become like family to us after just one visit! The manager is fantastic, and every employee puts in 100% into their work. It's impossible to leave without a smile on your face. The location is also sensory-friendly, featuring soft lighting. During quiet hours, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it a wonderful spot for anyone with mild sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or those who have trouble in noisy environments. We’ve definitely found our new favorite place, our home away from home.

I absolutely love this restaurant! Although it's primarily known for its bread, I'm gluten-free and still find plenty of options to enjoy. Their salads and hot bowls are delicious, and my favorite dish is the Chicken Teriyaki with Quinoa. I do wish they had a wider variety of gluten-free items available each year. In the fall, I can't get enough of their amazing squash soup—it's a must-try!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The evening staff is fantastic and extremely helpful. After my first visit, I was impressed by the great rapport the manager, Hannah, has with her team. It's a wonderful environment, especially for those with sensory sensitivities, and if you visit outside of peak hours, the experience is even better. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed promptly and efficiently. I adore this place and will definitely be back!

The chocolate chip bagels and hazelnut coffee are the best! Love her!!! I go to Panera especially for the chocolate chip bags!!! I tried the "everything" bagel and if you don't like the taste of the onion, don't buy it because the onion flavor overrides all the others. The Orange Scones are delicious, they look hard, but they are not. The decorated sugar cookies are super soft, not hard. But the taste is not so sweet.
