I've had terrible experiences with other Panera locations in the past, and I'm so glad that was a great experience!

The employees lack the knowledge about the menu to the point where they do not know which ingredients should make the dishes. The place was empty and it took forever to get my food. Once everything got wrong and things were missing. After informing employees and no solution, I was simply taken everything to go and go to McDonald's instead of what I would have done first. 40 bucks down.
