It's generous, friendly, community-oriented, affordable, and truly excellent. Many restaurants don’t offer a single vegan item, but Millie’s has two entire pages dedicated to vegan options! Plus, it isn’t at all pretentious; the local community really embraces it, and it’s always bustling because the food is delicious and fairly priced. The menu has a diner-style vibe, so don’t expect quinoa bowls for brunch or lunch. There's plenty of outdoor seating, and the service is both friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back!

I love this place... read more This is the greasy-spoon diner breakfast experience I've been missing! And they have more vegan breakfast options than most vegan restaurants! I love this place! My boyfriend (non-veg) and I go here almost every weekend. It gets insanely busy, but once you get seated, the service is mind-bogglingly fast. Seriously, this place is a well-oiled machine. The service and the food are always consistent. Pro tip: put your name on the list online before you go, and you'll skip the wait.

Between me and ike, friends, and work meetings, I'm here almost once a week. Their staff is beyond amazing. Always totally friendly. Coffee and water are never empty. My staple is the Cali Benedict, although I also really like the vegan mess. A typical meal includes sharing a plate of sweet potato pancakes. And of course a chocolate milkshake. Highly recommend!
