**A Culinary Journey at Kaviar: A Fusion of Flavors** Kaviar, a high-end sushi restaurant, has drawn mixed reactions from its patrons. While some diners were disappointed by slow service and overpriced dishes, others found an unforgettable experience marked by exceptional food and attentive staff. Signature highlights include the exquisite black cod, flavorful sushi rolls, and a creative chef's tasting menu that boasts truffle-infused appetizers and beautifully presented main courses. The ambiance, intended to be cozy, sometimes skews towards a lively atmosphere. For those seeking a memorable dining experience, Kaviar shows promise, but potential guests should prepare for a varied culinary adventure.
We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and everything was beautifully presented. My partner and I opted for the chef's tasting menu, which was quite pricey but definitely worth it. The only downside was that we would have liked a larger dessert course; the brownie with ice cream was quite small—almost like a sushi portion, haha.
My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional sushi restaurant and, to put it simply, it was a culinary adventure unlike any other. An unforgettable gastronomic journey. The Chef's Tasting MenuLet's start with the appetizers the Truffle Edamame Yuzu Shishito was an explosion of flavors! The hint of truffle combined with the citrusy zing of yuzu created a symphony on my palate that left me craving more. The Yellowtail Ceviche was a perfect blend of freshness and tanginess, a delightful introduction to the exquisite offerings on the menu. The main courses were nothing short of spectacular. The Truffle Toro topped with caviar, truffle oil, and 24k gold flakes was a masterpiece. Each bite was a luxurious experience that I won't soon forget. The Wagyu Tacos were a surprising yet divine fusion of flavors, showcasing the chef's creativity and skill. The Miso Glazed Black Cod was cooked to perfection tender, flaky, and infused with just the right balance of sweet and savory. And then there was the Wagyu Skirt Steak with Shiso Leaf Chimichurri; the melt in your mouth tenderness of the wagyu paired flawlessly with the herbaceous notes of the chimichurri. Not only were the dishes a feast for the taste buds, but the presentation was also a work of art. Each plate was meticulously crafted, showcasing the chef's dedication to both taste and aesthetics. The service was impeccable, with a staff that was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about ensuring a delightful dining experience for every guest. I came to celebrate a graduate with my family, and I have to thank Justin and the staff for such an amazing experience, it was a memorable night that I will cherish and remember forever.Overall, this sushi restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. It's a haven for food enthusiasts seeking an exceptional dining experience. If you're looking to indulge in top notch sushi and an array of culinary wonders that tantalize the senses, this is the place to be. I cannot wait to return and savor these remarkable flavors once again.
So exquisite. We landed on Kaviar to celebrate our anniversary and then a week before the date we got engaged. Double the celebration! The staff is attentive and made it into an unforgettable night. And the sushi! If you're looking for a special place to celebrate an occasion or just a spot for a fantastic culinary experience, Kaviar is for you! Thank you to Narin and the entire staff!
Not a fan... our server was lovely and the crispy spicy tuna was decent. But that's all I liked. Here is a list of not so good things.1) the music/ambience is meh and loud. Instead of creating a nice cozy feeling with the dim lights, fire places and indirect lighting it feels more like a club with bad music.2) the food is meh... anything has sauce, sugar or something on it.. instead of tasty cuts of meat or tasty veggies your consuming tons of salt and oil and sugar and it's just not good3) wine is non-existent two whites and two reds offered on the whole menu and the rest is saki, cocktails or beer... Not returning... too bad
Honestly...it's a 10/10 for food, service, and overall dining experience! They are spot on with their service and are really helpful with literally any questions you have about the menu! While the Toro Roll and Spicy Tuna Crispy rice were amazing...the Uni Pasta stole the show! The best Uni Pasta I have ever had...I had to ask the server for a separate spoon just to finish up the sauce with the caviar in it! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous with cute little stair way that leads to up to the place and there's parking super close to it. The place is known for its great quality and of course it's on the more priced side, definitely great for special occasions!
