Fantastic lounge that stays open late!
Thank you, Cloud 99, for making us feel like we were truly on Cloud 99! It was one of the best hookah experiences I've had. The owner was incredibly friendly, but Steven, the guy at the front, really stole the spotlight. I visited this place almost a year ago, and I had this review saved in my drafts. I suppose it’s better late than never!
