Here are the disappointing areas in this Chin: 1. Portion is very small to nearby nine Nine, Saladang and other Thairestaurants with almost same price and quality. Especially beef salad . More lettuce in beef salad than meat . 2. Low qualityshrimp in the soup which tastes and textures like rubber. 3. Beef soup and Tom yum soup taste has too much sugar whichdisappeared the authentic Thai soup taste . Authenticity is lost. Pls check these this restaurant Isaan Station Thai in KoreaTown , Ruen Pair , and Pad Ord in Hollywood. Both Asian and American eaters are lining up to dine in daily . I?d like torequest to upgrade to authentic Thai Street food because your restaurant will be Stand out as the most authentic Thai restaurantin Pasadena. 4. Easter Sausage quantity is very less with that price . Presentation , location and hotpot is good. I am notdiscriminating on gender but make servers are friendlier than female server . The lady on the phone was very friendly and told me it would take 20min. Parking is a little difficult because their parking lot is tiny and it?s a one way street so you have to parallel on the left side. My food was ready andthey checked me out right away and she even addressed me by name. Very friendly! I heard a customer come in and one of theworkers recognized that the boy was so grown up. So you could tell this really is a family business and they care about theircustomers. I ordered the pad kee mao with beef and pad thai with chicken. The pad thai noodles were my preference over the padkee mao. I also got roti with dip and it was delicious and packed in a cute little takeout box. There are other dishes here Iwant to try here as well. So I?ll be back!

I put 4 stars for food because I think their food got really sweet over the years, but if you like strong sweet flavored that food, this is a greatplace.

The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. This was my first visit to the physical location, but I often order delivery from here and it's always been excellent. The portions are generous and the flavors are delightful. The atmosphere felt a bit cramped, but in a cozy way rather than an uncomfortable one. There was a warm and inviting hustle and bustle, especially as the staff interacted with each other, sharing smiles and laughter. The service was very friendly and attentive, and I definitely plan to dine in more often in the future. If you haven't tried this place yet, I highly recommend it. If you enjoy Thai cuisine, I don't think you'll be disappointed by the quality and consistency at Chim.
