Our family of 4 went there to an early dinner. A very dirty restaurant. All tables were very dirty. I had to clean a table so we could eat. When ordering food, I asked the employee what kind of steak is the new steak. He answered rudely to his steak. She was literally food on the plate. I love Chipotle food and there's nothing wrong with the quality here. Unfortunately, there seems to be something wrong at this point, about 20% of the time. You cannot get orders in store, online orders, missing ingredients from online orders. For me, a 20% error rate is too high. I wish there was something similar and healthy nearby.
Used to eat my favorite chipotle, but some of the current lunch staff have no idea. The orders are smeared in phase with respect to the presentation (diagrams not completely on, cripple bags, etc.). The ordering accuracy depends very much on who you get. I could literally go in tomorrow and tell you who needs to be replaced or moved. The owner must be on hands and put something!t straight. After I said that, I still order food from there, and I will say that their portion control has improved a few months ago.
Don't even go. Place is disgusting never cleaned, not only that the checkout was very rude and snore for any reason. He held a line full of about 20 people. He criticized everyone he worked with. He throws his hands in the air and talks to himself about how people must be better. He yelled at me because he didn't speak? Not sure, but it was crzxy

Instead of filling empty containers, he gave only one to each of us. The food was bad too. The guacamole was gray, the chips were almost burned, and the chicken in the Burrito shell was very hard to chew. I don't know how this can be allowed in a franchise business or business. Terrible service. It won't be back.

I could literally walk in tomorrow and tell you who needs to get replaced or retrained.
