Went there on Sunday morning after buying a voucher. The place was a bit hard to find as it's tucked away from the food court. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. We all had coffees which were nice and made to order which was great. The pancakes were so yummy , My son had the snickers which looked so decadent. I had the banana choc crepes which heavenly and my hubby had the apple cinannamon crepes... View all feedback.

Grief
The salmon was not cooking. There were some parts that was cold. I could not eat something of it. The person who served me had no service skills and really cold to their customers. When I paid the bill, I was separated from a lady with Tan Skin, which she did not come to
Ask me even how everything was. I went to pay for the card for it, and she told me that everything was done and I like a counter. They would... View all feedback.
Food was amazing, fast and well priced. Sam was friendly and always checking to see that everything was ok. Will definitely be back
After ordering a salmon steak with mash and asparagus..I received a noticebly dry flaky salmon steak with dry papery mash and green beans instead of asparagus. When I told the manager it was too dry and not tasteful he assured me he would cook it personally. However he mumbled some noticeable incoherent things under his breath, and when I received the salmon steak it was not cooked in the middle and I literally could not eat the middle part of my steak as it was gelatinous. I asked the manager of he could at least cook it properly to which he said...I cooked it as best as I could...no jokes aside.....seriously I will never eat there again
After our lunch we had stacked our plates to one side of table. We ordered coffee a waitress asked us if we wanted our plates taken away? Surely she should have known that she should not ask the question. The cafe seemed to be under new management because the wait staff were all young girls with no experience. Thankfully the quality of food made up for lack of experience.
I went there for a sandwich I choose the poached chicken sandwich for $15.50 .. I received a sandwich made from budget old small squall shaped bread toasted hard in a toaster with very little inside. There was a couple pieces inside that were 4mm thick ? A slice of avocado and one slice of cheese .. no seasoning or favour .. just a dry disgusting little sandwich. A lot of it had no filling at all. Another guy ordered a sandwich .. same deal. For 15.50 I was expected big pieces of soft poached chicken, a fresh bun lightly toasted etc.. no that didn’t happen. I felt bad paying as the food was so bad. But I could see I’d end up with an argument as the guy running the place had was very unfriendly.
I met a relative at this cafe for a pre Christmas brunch, and it was a most unpleasant experience. The manager/owner was exceptionally rude, it took more than 20 minutes to be served, one of the items we has ordered was unavailable, there was another long delay before we received our coffee and food, which were both cold. Being the week before Christmas, other cafes in the Westfield complex were full, so we stayed. Bad move we were there nearly 2 and a half hours for a simple meal and coffee. This place is a real shocker.
