T&J Bakery Cake Shop - Parramatta

Independent bakery in the Chinese area of ​​Parramatta. Good stuff. The prices are cheaper compared to the cured bakeries in Westfield. $ 1.10 for egg valleys had a good biscuit base. $ 1.50 (Promo) for the vanilla pudding bread roll, which had the right level of sweetness. Good pit stop for a snack when you are in the area.

Quite authentic Hong Kong Bakery. Independent business, not part of the more well known chains. Quite cheap prices $1.10 each for the egg tart & pineapple bun. The first time I came, it was just after lunch in the afternoon & a few of the popular items were already sold out. Came back next day during the am to pick up the items I was after. The buns taste good and authentic. It's easy to see why this is a favourite with the locals.

I am surprised that there is no consideration of this place. It is a hit bakery around Parramatta locals. My favorites for a breakfast are your coffee Mexico bread rolls, Pineapple Buns and Matcha Red Beans Stuffed Mochi Balls. The best time to get the bread rolls are in the morning when they are warm and freshly baked! ????

I have to admit I'm a huge sushi fanIt took me a while to get there, but once I did I was hooked and I've never looked back.

Have been shopped at this bakery few times. As a bread lover, there are always many options for me to choose. If you prefer less sweet version of Asian bread, this shop is for you. One of my favourite bread is the chocolate green tea. Yum! Low price too!
