Taj Indian Masala - Parramatta

Last week i visited TAJ INDIAN MASALA with my friends. There we had a masala dosa and channa bathura with excellent customer service...

Food was pathetic and cold. then i ask ' why is it cold and i need hot or warm" the girls on count said to me " if i want to eat this is what they have" It was just a Tuesday. i don't know y is she soo unset about it.

I have eaten at this Restaurant several times, mainly Chole Bhature, Gobhi Parandtha and Masala Dosa. You can eat here when you are at Westfield Parramatta. The food is OK. Today I took away Indian Noodles from here for the first time. It was full of chillies, in spite of my requesting them not to put any chili as I was taking it for children, a waste of $10. I think it was made earlier and reheated and packed. I tried to contact the restaurant, but they did not reply. I will never try a new thing here. The customer service is not as good as at other branches of this restaurant in Harris park and Home bush.

My kids and I used to love going to Taj for Dosa which is our favourite Indian meal out of home.Our experience today was the worst and has left such a bad taste in our mouths not to mention that we all felt sick after eating at the Parramatta Westfield Restaurant today.Oily food; undercooked and most tasteless!!! definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!My parents ate there on Sunday and said the same however I did not believe them until we experienced it ourselves today.

We have recently visited the restaurant and found the food was smelly. We reported to the lady at cash counter and instead of apologizing for serving bad food she counter argue. When we asked for refund she was like thats why you are complaining about the food because you want money back. It was unbelievable how someone can say to their customer.
