Typical breakfast buffet. Got it included in our room price. Variety was fine. Chef cooking omelettes by request. Barista coffees. Plenty of food - no need to go up once. Staff were pleasant. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Table:30:
I did not know, when I first arrived, that there were dozens of neat and interesting restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. So I opted for Table 30. The food was okay (the breakfast buffet is above average), the service was prefunctory, the portions were fine and the list of choices unremarkable but satisfying. On balance, and for the price, it was an average, Table 30 is an average hotel restaurant.A small add... I would not suggest trying the Premium Seafood Buffet. My experience was very disappointing. The lobster was hard to chew and not enjoyable, and they did not have calamari or scallops. They did have chili crab, but it wasn't fresh like you would hope for at a premium seafood buffet. The roast beef was also dry and tough, and the vegetables were overcooked. Overall, I did not feel that the buffet offered enough value for the price, especially considering it was supposed to be a premium seafood buffet.
The food at this restaurant was exceptional, offering a choice of salmon or chicken for dinner followed by a delicious dessert. They also had a selection of drinks available. The buffet breakfast the next morning had everything you could possibly desire. We were part of a full coach tour during our visit.
My friend and I had been looking forward to trying the seafood buffet at this restaurant. Sydney is known for its great seafood, but unfortunately, Parramatta didn't live up to our expectations. We were hoping for a wider variety of both hot and cold dishes. However, most of the food seemed to be frozen and overcooked, showing a lack of skill from the chef. The only cooking station we saw was for dessert crepes, which were just reheated and served with ice cream. The seafood was ordinary and didn't showcase the delicious seafood available in Sydney. The hot dishes also seemed to be reheated from frozen and were not well cooked. The live music was more fitting for a pub than a restaurant. There were also midge flies flying around the food and the restaurant itself. Overall, we felt we didn't get our money's worth. If the buffet had been cheaper, we might have rated it higher. Our rating takes into account the environment and the quality of the food. The only positive was that the staff were attentive in clearing our table. We won't be returning for another meal here. For the price we paid, we could have gotten better quality food at any a la carte restaurant.
The staff were so friendly and so obliging and the food was great just the right sized meals for me.
Fantastic food, service was terrific. Eight of us went for a birthday dinner and couldn't fault anything! Highly recommended!
