Sushi Deluxe - Parramatta

Let's get straight to the point. I recommend ordering the tuna, salmon, salmon roe, sea urchin, tuna rolls, and salmon rolls at this restaurant. They are all fresh and delicious. The mackerel was decent as well, although it lacked a bit of ocean flavor. The staff are friendly and genuinely interested in their customers. While it may not be a traditional sushi experience, the fresh ocean taste of the dishes makes it worth coming back for more.

Sushi Deluxe is located on the same level as Parramatta Westfield, next to the fish store and Coles. It is a traditional looking sushi bar with a wrap-around bar for seating and stools, with a conveyor belt sushi train passing in front of customers. We enjoy coming here because in addition to the regular favorites, there are also some unique deluxe items on the menu. The chef is always preparing fresh dishes and is willing to make anything you request. It is definitely worth a visit next time you are at Westfield.

Sushi Deluxe is on level 5 at Parramatta Westfield, right next to the fish store and Coles.A typical looking Sushi 'Bar' with the wrap around benchtop and seating on stools, with the Sushi 'Train' passing in front of you.We like dropping in here, because as well as all the old favourites there are also some interesting 'Deluxe' items and the chef is always preparing fresh items and will prepare anything you want to order.Well worth a visit next time you are in Westfield.

Food at this restaurant is delicious. The sushi is fresh and tasty, with some unique options available. The flame-roasted salmon is also very subtle in flavor.
