This sushi train restaurant is located just outside of Westfield Parramatta. Service is quite attentive and welcoming. Any menu items not on the sushi train, they are quick to come over to you to relay the menu order to the chefs. View all feedback.
I’ve been coming here a few times. Handy location if you don’t wanna go inside Westfield.Sushi was fresh and tasted pretty good.Friendly service too. Some of my favourites: tempura sushi, lion king, seaweed sushi and the simple tuna avocado roll.
Ate at this sushi train place once. The food was pretty good! Service was alright too! They had quite a bit of variety but nothing amazing. The price is on the expensive side.
Excellent customer service and the sushi train was great in terms of the variety of different types of sushi, nigiri, etc. Can be repetitive with the same things on the train, seeing it over and over again, maybe suggest new variety of combinations of different types of flavours on the sushi train?
Sushi Bay is located on the ground floor outside Westfield Parramatta in a cool circular store just beneath one of the escalators. The great news is the design allows for a fairly decent length sushi train (aka more variety! .<br/ <br/ I’ll keep this post fairly brief and summarise my experience at Sushi Bay by saying that for sushi trains in Western Sydney, it is very fresh and the quality and variety is pretty high and comparable to the sushi trains in Sydney CBD.<br/ <br/ A couple of notable mentions:<br/ <br/ The best kingfish sashimi I have ever had at a sushi train. The meat is sweet and so refreshing... <br/ The roe: most other sushi trains only have the red roe, but Sushi Bay also have the black roe (see above on kingfish photo . The red roe is also super fresh and although I’m not a huge roe lover, I do appreciate that the roe is slightly salty and almost pops in your mouth

Had Egg Salad Ship and Corn Salad Ship. Both were tasty and nice way to start. The Chicken Cucumber Temaki (hand roll) had a fried piece of chicken and was good. Absolutely loved the Teriyaki Chicken Udon. The chicken is served in a separate bowl with a delicious sticky glaze. The noodles are served in a nice soup with egg, beancurd, and other accompaniments. <br/ <br/ The pricing is slightly pricier than equivalents but I enjoyed the food here.
