La bella vista - Parramatta

Was one of the best places to in in Parramatta but on my last visit it was closed until further notice , I believe it will be reopened by a new owner with a new Menu hope its as good as the Bela Vista Menu

After two emails to make a booking and no reply we went into the restaurant in Parramatta to find it had closed down. By the amount of mail stuck in the door it had been closed for some time. Require a full refund

Received a voucher for my Birthday, to dine at La Bella Vista Restaurant (Italian Style food) in Parramatta. Went with my wife for lunch last Friday - 11th September. It was a warm day so we chose to eat outside. The staff were very polite and very helpful with the menu. My Wife had Garlic and Chili Prawns for a starter, Chicken and prawns in Mushroom sauce for a main and Tiramisu for dessert whilst I had Salt and Pepper Calamari with homemade Tartare sauce as a starter, Saltimbocca for a main and Pannacotta with mixed Berry Coulis. Plus a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc with the meal. All in all the food was delicious - the serving sizes were just right, sufficient to eat without making you feel overly full. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and look forward to visiting there again in the not too distant future.

My wife and I had the lunch special Chicken Parmigiana with salad/chips or veggies. The wait staff appeared to be inexperienced as we stood for sometime before being approached and there was only 4 people in the restaurant. We ordered and then 5 minutes later the waiter returns and asks would we like salad/chips or veggies as she had forgot to ask prior. We received a warm Parmigiana with very little taste and bitter eggplant we had chips no salad in sight. Overall a disappointing experience

We went there for my husbands birthday, the restaurant was full. Years ago we went to one in parramatta called Bella Vista I don't think it's the same people although the menu was similar . It was a busy night and I wish I could have given it two and a half cause they tried to keep up with the crowd , another wait staff could have been on . I ordered the prawns with lime they were fresh but no flavour , I couldn't taste the lime and it had nothing special about it. My son and husband had the seafood pot it was tough and tasteless . They had someone singing or playing but the noise was terrible, lovely staff but service a bit slow .
