A new gem and win for the Western suburbs! Located off the busy Church St. this sushi place was a spare of the moment visit.
Well presented food but the taste wasn't that great.
Found a bug flying around in my miso soup, I couldn't bring myself to eat the rest of my food as I didn't know where it came from.
Prices are a bit expensive for what it was but staff were friendly and the food came out quite quickly.

Food is delicious. Service is excellent. Great value for money too. The best Japanese in Parramatta. Highly recommend to check this out! You won’t be disappointed:
I've been to this hidden gem in Parra twice and I'm eager to return for more!<br/ <br/ The restaurant itself is quite small and together with outdoor seating can accommodate about 20 people. The food on the other hand, is quite generous in both quality and variety. I ordered a chirashidon and a special katsu bento on two occasions and the sashimi and sushi were very fresh and had good a split in variety (salmon, tuna, kingfish, among others) unlike a lot of other sushi places that tend to give you mostly salmon. The chicken katsu in my bento was tender, juicy and well seasoned. Lastly, both of my dishes were carefully and beautifully presented.<br/ <br/ The only thing I thought needed to be pointed was the service time, especially if you order dishes with my components like I did. While the staff was friendly and attentive, each time my dish took around 20 minutes to arrive at the table. This is likely to due to a lack of staff as I only observed 2 in total (1 male chef 1 female floor staff).<br/ <br/ Overall, the food is delicious, the prices ares fair and I will definitely return to try their other dishes.
Great value and tasty food, nice staff, quick service. Noticed that they were a business award finalist which is well-deserved. Would highly recommend digging into their lunch and dinner bento sets!
