Just 15 minutes later, the line was gone and th... read more This morning around 7:20, there were about eight cars in line and a number of customers waiting inside the shop. Just 15 minutes later, the line was gone and the shop was empty (I was the last one from the morning rush). The staff were helpful, the place was clean, and I had a quick wait for two dozen donuts. If you're in a hurry and need a boost to start your day, definitely stop here!

After waiting about fi... read more I asked for a sippy cup lid with my cold brew, and was told it comes that way. I also requested no ice, but my drink still had ice in it. After waiting about five minutes for my first drink, I didn’t want to ask for a remake, especially with a long line inside and at the drive-thru. A few minutes later, an employee asked what I was still waiting for, as my drink’s sticker had apparently been lost. The man apologized for the delay. Another customer nearby said she’d been waiting 20 minutes for her food. I understand that problems happen and machines can break down, but this was a slow visit just for two drinks.

When I used the drive-thru to order two wake-up wraps—one with sausage and one with bacon—the staff member kept interrupting me with barking and odd animal noises. I had to repeat my order multiple times before it was finally understood. After receiving our food and driving off, we realized that both wraps were missing the meat, so we had to return to the drive-thru to get the order fixed.
