Bubbas 33 never disappoints and it’s one of my favorites places to eat at. The service is great, the food is fresh and the music is not too bad at times. They were having bottomless lemonades and the flavors were quite nice!

There is mostly booth seating which is not good for handicapped individuals. There are a couple of tables that face the kitchen which is a huge mistake because you won't want to eat there after you look into the kitchen. The service is just ok with mostly non enthusiastic workers. They also show it in their dress. They all have branded t shirts which is fine but alot of the staff is very unkept and look like they sleep in their clothes and get up 10 minutes before their shift. That alone makes me feel like I'm eating in a dump. Will think twice before going there again.

I asked for chicken tenders for take out and when my kids opened their boxes the food was ridiculously over cooked. I called the location back not to ask for money back but a reorder of the same dish and was told that I needed to speak to the manager. I spoke with the manager Steph and was pretty much given a run around story and was told there was not much they could do. I have worked in the food industry as a store manager and making the customer happy should be the first priority. I will not be returning here at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
