Michael S. was a great and provided awesome... read more I placed my to go order for the wrong location. I went to my regular Panera location (Parlin) and realized my error. Michael S. was a great and provided awesome customer service he didn’t give me a hard time nor did he give me an attitude for my error. He gave me with my order and was very pleasant. Someone needs to give him a raise!!!

I did not even attempt to eat this pizza and forg... read more Ordered a rapid pick up order from the Parlin, NJ location. We found a PEN baked under our pizza, even melted. I did not even attempt to eat this pizza and forget giving it to my children. The store associate was very apologetic, but this is unacceptable. The box was “sealed” for freshness, so very disappointing.

While I was waiting for my food the girl who was behind the counter prepping food was so loud and unprofessional. She was talking extremely loud to her coworker about other workers and her thinking of quitting. The whole time this conversation was being had right over my food and to make matters worse…her mask was sitting right under her chin. (Where was management? To top it all…. So I didn’t realize until that night, after shower ,remote set up and ready to enjoy my pizza . Open the box and all I had was flatbread with cheese and tomatoes. No fresh mozzarella layered with basil ,no flavor. This is not the first time Panera bread messed with my 0rder. It’s like they are always leaving out ingredients. But that’s why I go for the ingredients . Because of situation like this is why I stopped going to Panera Bread . Maybe in need to stop again so I won’t b

While waiting, the employee behind the counter was extremely loud and unprofessio... read more I recently visited this Panera Bread location to pick up dinner for my family. While waiting, the employee behind the counter was extremely loud and unprofessional, loudly discussing other workers and her plans to quit right next to my food. To make matters worse, her mask was worn improperly, sitting below her chin. I didn't see any management addressing the situation. When I got home, I realized my soup order was incorrect, despite an associate apparently checking my bag before I left. Next time, I'll drive farther to a different location. Very disappointing.
