My husband grabbed a fast dinner for our toddler, and this is the apple that came with his order. The receipt says Accuracy Matters... I guess not quality.
I have used Rapid Pickup at this restaurant several times to order coffee, and no matter how early I place my order, I always end up waiting because it’s not ready when I arrive at the scheduled pickup time. Today, I scheduled my coffee for 1:20 PM, but I didn’t leave the store until 1:32 PM. I had to pack my own cups and sugar before being told that they were supposed to do that for me. No one offered assistance, and I had to ask about the coffee container I was supposed to receive. Because of the delay, I ended up being late for work, even though I tried to plan ahead to avoid issues like this. I’m very disappointed, as this isn’t the first time this has happened, and there wasn’t even an apology.
The meal deals offer excellent value for those looking to save money. The mango smoothie and grilled mac and cheese were both indulgent and satisfying. If you're not too hungry, you can choose a half portion along with a soup, and it’s still delicious!
I placed my to go order for the wrong location. I went to my regular Panera location (Parlin) and realized my error. Michael S. was a great and provided awesome customer service he didn’t give me a hard time nor did he give me an attitude for my error. He gave me with my order and was very pleasant. Someone needs to give him a raise!!!
Just went into this location to get dinner for the family. While I was waiting for my food the girl who was behind the counter prepping food was so loud and unprofessional. She was talking extremely loud to her coworker about other workers and her thinking of quitting. The whole time this conversation was being had right over my food and to make matters worse…her mask was sitting right under her chin. (Where was management? To top it all….
