I'm not quite sure if I ended up at a restaurant with subpar food or if it simply missed the mark. The garlic sticks were obviously the frozen variety that they buy in bulk, and the pasta left much to be desired. View all feedback.
Franks is a cozy little Italian restaurant located on the main street of the historic district in Parkville, MO. I've never dined indoors; I've always enjoyed sitting on the terrace. It's a wonderful spot!

There’s no justification for this place to have such a low rating. I was taken aback to see only three stars—Frank’s definitely deserves at least four, just like Parkville.
