Lovely place very friendly owners the food was fabulous had a fantastic night there will certainly be going back
Visited for dinner on a Saturday night. Service was great; waitress very patient, coming back a couple of times to take our order while we chatted and decided what to order from the variety of dishes. Lovely decor and ambience, however tiled floors increased noise levels. The food was fresh tasting; not as much of a flavour 'punch ' as other Indian restaurants I have visited, but I felt good after eating just a bit too much, and no nasty sodium headache afterwards. Only negative was there was just one wine by the glass option available; BYO wine or buy a bottle is an option if you are a group but not so great if it 's just two of you.
We ordered take away from this establishment on a deal! The owner was very proud (when we picked up our order), on how many deals had been sold, unfortunately because of these deals, the food was severely compromised. Our pakoras were little burnt black nuggets of no taste, how could they even leave the kitchen? The rest of the dishes were so ordinary, we didn't even finish them. The servings were very small. Definitely would not return, which is a real shame because the dining room is quite nice. If you are going to put yourself out there on the deal sites, make sure you are promoting your food and never forget that word of mouth means everything.
Just opened , so a bit quite in the restaurant , but you can hear the kitchen cooking up a storm for the takeaways . Great staff and management ensured a fantastic meal . The Tandoori chicken was slightly spicy (nice change and the Naan stuffed with coconut and fruit could have been a meal in itself (ideal for lunch . Next time I'm having the chocolate naan for desert! The wine list was thoughtfully put together concise and well balanced . The tables were each a piece of art each had different finishes of carvings , tiles and metallic finishes. The adjoining room had a charming mural covering two walls. Definitely the nicest space in the restaurant . Finally, we have an Indian restaurant that is unique in the Eastwood area. It goes without saying we will be back !!
