FAQ
Feedback
Just opened , so a bit quite in the restaurant , but you can hear the kitchen cooking up a storm for the takeaways . Great staff and management ensured a fantastic meal . The Tandoori chicken was slightly spicy (nice change) and the Naan stuffed with coconut and fruit could have been a meal in itself (ideal for lunch ). Next time I'm having the chocolate naan for desert! The wine list was thoughtfully put together - concise and well balanced . The tables were each a piece of art - each had different finishes of carvings , tiles and metallic finishes. The adjoining room had a charming mural covering two walls. Definitely the nicest space in the restaurant . Finally, we have an Indian restaurant that is unique in the Eastwood area. It goes without saying we will be back !!
Last night, a group of 6 friends decided to have dinner together. I made the booking. Then it was a group of 8 friends. I changed the booking. Then it was 9. I called again to update the numbers. Each phone call was pleasant and pain free! We arrived to find the table set up for enough people. The staff were friendly, but not too 'in your face'. One thing that made me choose this restaurant was that next to each item menu, it stated if the dish was gluten free, nut free, or vegan, as well as having a section purely for vegetarian dishes. As a vegetarian with a nut allergy, I found this extremely helpful (I hate always having to ask if there are nuts in dishes). We were given enough time to place our orders and the food was brought to us quickly. The staff were even better at remembering what I'd ordered than I was. The food was delicious, the naan bread was huge (we definitely didn't need a whole one each), and it was easy to move the dishes around the table to share. I was pleasantly surprised with the cost at the end, and I will definitely go back there.
