Kfc Parkes Drive Thru Only

Fast food and whilst the zinger box was excellent the three piece feed was less than ordinary. All three pieces of chicken were smaller than the chicken wings in the zinger box and they looked like they had been cooked too long. Not much chicken meat on two pieces. On the road and didn’t discover until 10kms out. 3 stars because the zinger box was good 0 stars for the other box. Husband not willing to risk KFC again.

Absolutely rudest people on drive thru and the food is questionable. Unfortunately there is no option for minus stars.

Lady on the window and till rude, unprofessional and out right disgusting behaviour for someone who is working here. Don’t even waste your time or money. Very disappointed in some people’s attitude.

Went through the drive through.Asked if we could have extra salt added to the chips. The young lady at the window said no. We asked if they could put it just on top. She said she would ask. Then a second later received the meal. We asked “no salt?” To which she said no sorry. She was down right rude. This is not customer service!!! Look at your staff.

Ordered a large Zinger box. The large chips was half full, not even joking. The potato gravy was just over half full. The wicked wings were skin and bone, no meat and very little breading. The burger was thrown together in a rush, even though I was the 'only ' customer being served in the entire store on a Sunday. This only receives a 2nd star, because the items in the order were 'technically ' correct. Terrible service, would not recommend.
