Hong Loch Chinese Restaurant - Parkes

Great location, right behind our accomodation! Well priced and tasty! A mixture of cuisines from Thai, Australian and Chinese food available! Chicken nuggets were breast chicken with shoe string fries, pad Thai was yummy and tasty vegetarian fried rice! Hubby says I must add in “steamed dim sims and spring rolls were also very good”! We would recommend for an easy feed for families. Also they were open after 9pm which was great for when you’re passing through late. Thanks and see you again!

We enjoyed a lovely, relaxed meal on our recent visit to Parkes. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was busy with takeaways for locals, always a good sign!

Visiting Parkes decided to try a local restaurant, settled on Chinese. This place seemed popular with the locals. Decided on some takeaway, spring rolls and honey chicken. After a short wait It was ready. The spring rolls you get three and they were pretty tasty and the honey chicken you get extra honey to cover it. I admit the food stayed hot for ages which I wasn't expecting and you seemed to get really big portions as well as free prawn chips. Yum. Definitely happy with the food.

It was good, but I haven't tried enough dishes to give it a 5-star rating. I might need to return to try more dishes.

The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I highly recommend this restaurant.
