For our first night in Parkes, we decided to get a take away chinese meal for our dinner. We were not disappointed, my husband had garlic prawns, I had bbq pork chow mein and we shared a special fried rice. We could not get over the size of our meal, plenty to satisfy with some left over for breakfast! Terrible, terrible terrible, One of the worst meals i have had. Food tasteless, bland and horrible, Very little meat in the dish, the fried dim sims cold in the middle, Fried rice well that will do me, Avoid this place at all costs. If in Parkes visiting, try the always excellent Hong Loch View all feedback.
After a long drive we checked in at our motel. Hungry and wanting Chinese…checked TA and this place came up. Checked reviews and they were not new but positive. We went there ordered……Take away. We were very pleasantly impressed by what we got. Hot, fresh, generous portions and oh so tasty. Along with being very good value. This business deserves a fresh current review. Give them a go you will not regret.
Food was really good. My husband loved the fried rice tasty. My favourite was the ginger beef a must for ginger lovers.
The menu is huge and offers something for everyone. The service was great and the food was plentiful and tasty. Recommend you eat here if in Parkes, You won't be disappointed!
The food here was very good, despite the fact that they got one meal completely wrong. Ordered a Pad Thai Chicken and received a Chicken stir fry. No rice noodles. They agreed it was supposed to be a Pad Thai with noodles but advised that most people dont like noodles and they only make it with noodles when people ask for it. pad Thai is a noodle dish, it is not optional. Servings were large, service was fast. We also had short soup, combination soup, mongolian lamb and fried rice. All dishes very tasty
Went for dinner and the food was pretty good. The servings are huge, so for 3 people I recommend ordering 2 meals. Would definitely return if i come back to Parkes.
