Court Street Motel and Restaurant

I have never even driven through Parkes before but this time we stayed two nights at the Court St Motel and dined at the adjacent Court St Cafe. The motel was excellent, good value and full both nights. A very good operation. The cafe was excellent, four of us dined and all agreed the meal was excellent. The menu is limited but I had the pokiest chop and quite seriously it was the best pork chop I have ever had. Thick, tasty and unbelievably succulent. Cooked (and marinated? to perfection. I'll be back. Hot tip: after dinner try the gelato bar down the road.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful. There was parking available outside and the dining area was peaceful. The facilities in the room were a bit outdated, but they were sufficient for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

During my one night stay in Parkes, I had the pleasure of staying at CS Motel, recommended to me by Tripadvisor. The motel is conveniently located in the center of town. My room was clean and well-equipped with crockery, cutlery, fridge, and microwave. The small bottle of milk that was provided upon arrival was a nice touch for my morning coffee. What stood out the most was the impeccable cleanliness of the room. It was evident that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining the high standards of the motel.
