Junz is a unique restaurant that combines French and Japanese cuisine, created by head chef and owner Jun Makino. Born in Japan, he trained under French chef Jean-Louis Palladin to develop a distinct menu that showcases his dual heritage. The menu offers four sections: sushi, starters, entrées, and dessert, with options like seared diver scallops with oyster mushroom sauce, tuna poke, and sautéed calamari steak in ginger butter sauce.
