This restaurant is becoming a disappointment. They frequently don't have meatballs or run out of turkey and certain breads. The manager needs to address this issue. The service for takeout lunch was lacking and the atmosphere was not impressive.

I requested my sub to be toasted, but was shocked when it arrived untoasted. I believe the employee with black hair who took my order knew she made a mistake, yet she did not fix it. It's disappointing, and I may need to find another restaurant to visit.
I dislike how the bread rack is placed in front of the bathroom doors. It is very unhygienic.
