I ordered from Subway online but arrived after the store had closed. They did not refund my money and I was unable to get in touch with their customer service. It took a week to finally get my money back, with the help of a helpful employee at the store. I was disappointed with the lack of communication from Subway and will not be purchasing from them again. View all feedback.
This restaurant is becoming a disappointment. They frequently don't have meatballs or run out of turkey and certain breads. The manager needs to address this issue. The service for takeout lunch was lacking and the atmosphere was not impressive.

I requested my sub to be toasted, but was shocked when it arrived untoasted. I believe the employee with black hair who took my order knew she made a mistake, yet she did not fix it. It's disappointing, and I may need to find another restaurant to visit.
I dislike how the bread rack is placed in front of the bathroom doors. It is very unhygienic.
