Every time I go through New York I do my best to make the food the best. I love the little not franchise restaurants like these. The fact is when you order the food that is not controlled by people who make proportions small. The atmosphere is great to earth people friendly and friendly. The restroom needs more attention to cleanse and store with things. Maybe and upgrade. Apart from this a very good place and if som... View all feedback.

We had lunch after an online review. The restaurant was in a truck stop so we expect good food and a clean place altho not imagination. At a dirty table that was cleaned for us. I placed an order, my tarter sauce, salad and cutlery arrived when we asked for them. The salad on the burger was black and slim. Bathrooms were a shame. 5 paper towel/dryer and only one worked. Waiter skills were missing when dishes were wor... View all feedback.
The first time here for me and my husband. You can sit inside or outside on the terrace. We sat inside, because it was a bit cooler. He had Steak and I had a pound of chicken pliers with pommes. Very good. He's a Goof.
If I could do negative stars I would. This place is so bad I wouldn't feed my dog the food. When I order chicken broccoli Alfredo there was no chicken! The taste was terrible and soo greasy that I felt sick. The fries with my friend's sandwich was greasy and not cook through. Will not go again and not recumbent this place.
The staff is friendly. The food was ok. The chicken in the wraps was chewy and the mashed potatoes were very peppery. The homemade fries were very dry, but the regular fries were good, especially with cheese and bacon.
If you are travelling up or down I-81 and need a little or a large snack, this is the place to stop. It's the exit for Mexico, (New York). This is mainly a truck stop. The true American old school style truck stop. Diesel, gas, lotto, smokes, gear, snacks like pizza, and an independent family style restaurant. This no frills food frenzy is a Trucker's suppertime dream. Michelle (a server with a sense of humor, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu) will be sure to care for you. There is a front door and a back door, but no thruway from the store to the restaurant, so don't park close to any door expecting to travel through the building when it's raining poodles outside. The desserts are made by the owner...don't go near the display case if you know what's good for you....or go and kick up your addiction to sugar, sweets, and attractive cakes and pies, it's your life. I would especially suggest you look at the cheesecake. What I would do to have another piece as I sit here and write this review. Do yourself a favor, and hit up a real American Truck Stop while travelling this Interstate. It's about an hour and 45 mins from the Canadian Border.
I got the chicken parm and it was very good. Very large portions as well and very reasonable priced for the amount of food. The only thing I would say it had a sweet sauce which wasn't a bug thing for me. Very friendly staff and food comes out fast and hot.
