Time Flies has transformed from a hometown dive into a lively, reinvented bar-restaurant with inventive dishes—oysters, Ententacos, burgers and smoked brisket earn high marks. New ownership refreshed the décor and expanded the menu alongside a full bar and local personality. Service can be uneven: QR/menu scanning and counter ordering, understaffing and slow drink refills have caused inconsistent experiences, and some sides have arrived cold. Prices feel steep to some, and a frozen-style pizza was criticized. Overall, atmosphere, creative fare and friendly staff keep it a popular stop in downtown Paris.

Delicious food and wonderful people! It seems they faced some issues in the past, but they're now under new management. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available. Our large group sampled nearly everything on the menu, and everything was fantastic! Thank you, Kara and Brandon, for having us!

Oh my, Tostino's, this place is a disaster! When we arrived this evening, there were several unhappy employees openly expressing their frustrations about working here, seemingly indifferent to whether customers could hear them. We should have left at that point. The service was absolutely terrible. We had at least three different servers, and we didn't receive any refills on our drinks at all. I ordered their so-called brick oven pizza, but what I got was a Tostino's frozen pizza with cheese that wasn't even fully melted. And it cost $10, by the way. Time seemed to drag on, and not in a good way. Overall, it was a complete disappointment, not even deserving of the one star I’ve given.
Always loved this little bar, but the new ownership took it to the next level! Great atmosphere, outstanding food, and friendly staff make this a permanent stop every time we are in town!
What an improvement. Out with the old owners that ran this place like a dive bar and in with the new owners who seem invested in create a great time. The place is fixed up and the food is excellent. Taco Tuesday is my favorite. It's nice to have a place in Paris that has a full bar and food options that is not a chain restaurant.
