Whenever someone asks you for one of your 99 cent drinks before 10:00 and you say that it 's a specialty drink and then it doesn 't count but a cherry limeade does have a discount. Don 't lie to your customers and say that it 's full price when you and your entire team knows it is discounted. And, don 't just wait around until after 10:00 that way they have to pay full price. Your little girl got a tip after all of it even though everybody there was rude. I guarantee you, if Brad was still there none of that would happen! Word of mouth it 's the biggest form of advertisement and whenever you don 't have good employees and you have rude disrespectful employees, it 's only a matter of time before you have no business. So good luck with your minimum wage pay and your change of a tip from every 1 in 10 cars. Y 'all should be so proud!
